Unofficial Transcripts
All students, 鈥past(within the last ten years)If you have not been a student at NPC within the prior 10 years, please contact NPC Records & Registration at (928) 524-7459 and present, can view and print their unofficial transcripts for FREE by logging into the Student Portal (). Select Academics in the menu on the left, and then select Unofficial Transcript. If you have problems logging into the Student Portal, please call the NPC Support Center at (928) 524-7447.
Official Transcripts
NPC offers several methods for receiving your official transcript.
- Electronic Delivery - Fastest and safest option; accepted by most institutions and employers.
Official, 鈥ELECTRONIC鈥 transcripts go directly to where you indicate you want them emailed to. - USPS Mail Delivery - Sent through the standard postal service. MAILED official听transcripts are听sealed听(and contain your entire class history).
- In-Person Pickup - Collect your physical transcript from the Records & Registration office located in Holbrook, AZ. (A photo ID is required for pick up.)
Regular mailed official transcripts are printed on special paper, are embossed with a seal, signed by the registrar, and sealed in an envelope. Official NPC transcripts can ONLY be opened by the agency receiving them, or they are not classified as "official.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your transcript to be processed. We always make every effort to send transcripts promptly, and we appreciate your patience.听We are unable to process transcripts on Saturday and Sunday.
All Official Transcripts must be ordered ONLINE through the听.
To order your official NPC transcript:
- You will need to place your order online through the听听and have a credit card and an email account.

(The National Student Clearing House order form has fees listed when a transcript order is being placed.)
- Your NPC account MUST be clear of all holds. If your account has holds, you have two weeks to resolve them with NPC; otherwise, your transcript order will be cancelled. Your request will NOT be processed until the hold on your account is resolved! You will be notified via email if you have a hold on your account. Current students should be sure all their grades have been posted before ordering.
- In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your signature is required for NPC to release your transcript information. This CAN be done online.
- You'll need to plan ahead and allow enough time to process your transcript request (up to 5 business days), PLUS additional time for mailing.听
The Arizona Department of Education is now accepting electronic transcripts. Teachers taking certification classes can now send their transcripts to the Arizona Department of Education quickly by selecting the electronic option at .

Please have your official transcripts听from other colleges and universities sent to 91看片听directly. In order for a transcript to be "official," it should be sent from your previous school(s) to NPC directly.听
Processing time for transcripts to be evaluated can take up to听5 business days. There are times that are heavier,听usually at the beginning of semesters so it could take an additional week to get your transferred transcripts evaluated.听
Official transcripts can be requested from the听听or other 3rd听parties. You can also contact your previous school(s) registrar鈥檚 office. The previous school may send them electronically to听evaluation@npc.edu听or mail them to:

If you have attended another college or university and would like to see how your course(s) may transfer to NPC, schedule an appointment with an academic advisor at听www.npc.edu/advising听and bring your unofficial transcripts to your appointment for an unofficial evaluation.听
