About the Film:
Following Harry is an intimate documentary by filmmaker Susanne Rostock that follows legendary artist and activist Harry Belafonte during the last twelve years of his life. The film captures Belafonte鈥檚 ongoing commitment to social justice as he mentors emerging artists and activists and reflects on the nation鈥檚 struggle to embrace diversity and recognize our common humanity. Viewers are taken to the frontlines鈥攁nd into never-before-seen private meetings and conversations -connecting the lessons that shaped Belafonte鈥檚 life and work with the urgency of action today. ()
We hope you鈥檒l join us for this meaningful opportunity to learn, reflect, and honor the legacy of a lifelong advocate for justice.
