PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

✅ CDL Learner’s Permit
✅ Copy of Driving Record from the Last 3 Years
✅ Copy of Driver’s License
✅ D.O.T. Physical

1. DOT DRUG TEST (REQUIRED)❗️

• Must complete a DOT-compliant drug test (49 CFR Part 382)

• Must receive a NEGATIVE result

• Must provide documentation to the CDL program

  2. FMCSA CLEARINGHOUSE REGISTRATION❗️

  STEPS

  1. Create Login.gov account with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration:
     

  2. Select 'Student Driver' role

  3. Enter CLP/CDL information - Complete registration

  REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Negative DOT drug test

  • Clearinghouse registration proof - Valid CLP (for driving)

  ‼️ NO EXCEPTIONS: Students may NOT operate vehicles until all requirements are met.

  NPC Offers Professional CDL Training for New and Experienced Drivers! We are committed to helping local businesses develop skilled commercial drivers.

  Our Training Program at the Holbrook Campus is helping employers throughout Northeastern Arizona build a qualified, safe, and dependable workforce.

  WE TRAIN:

  • First-Time CDL Drivers (18 years and older)
  • Class A CDL
  • Class B CDL
  • School Bus Drivers
  • Former drivers reacquiring their CDL
  • Training to remove automatic restriction

  PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Classes: Tuesday - Thursday
  • Time: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Program Length: 3-6 weeks during each 8-week training session
  • Tuition: Starting at $4,000
  • Financial Assistance Available for Qualified Students
